Arty with Page Garage Doors in Durant, Oklahoma needed an upgrade for his cellulose wall spray. For 26 years, he and his crew sprayed and recycled back to their machine, manually. That is quite a chore and I never met a crew that diligently worked that hard!
We helped Arty with a custom-built, CM3500XL machine. Cool Machines built the VacPack which is an embedded vacuum to recover the recycling material. With the dual hopper and adjustable airlocks, this CM3500XL is able to provide a consistent mix of damp recycle with dry material.
After adjusting the blower speed, water pressure, and airlock settings, Arty and his crew were filling cavities twice as fast as before and the job was perfect! Even though we travel the country, providing equipment and training crews, it was exciting for us to see this company be able to dial in quickly and show us a thing or two about wall spray!
With the purchase of this blowing machine, Arty purchased a new trailer, custom made to perfect size for the machine, hoses and plenty of material. We were able, with the help of Southern Life Trailers, to have a trailer built within 1 1/2 weeks! The machines were installed at Cool and Arty had the trailer hot-shot delivered to him in Oklahoma.
