Wall Spray Cellulose Company Uses a CM1500HPS

Happy Home Insulation, Fairhope, Alabama has been in business for nearly 48 years. Harold “Hap” Partridge and his son, Peter, have been spraying Nu-Wool cellulose in walls and attics for years.

Having watched our social media, Hap reached out to us a few years ago to get a better spray nozzle for wall spray. Cool Machine’s wall spray nozzle is shaped like a teardrop. This allows for better, more even water saturation when spraying.

Now that their blowing equipment is decades old, they reached out to us for a CM1500HP. This is one of the most popular units we sell. Cool Machines, recently, added an upgrade shredder option. This is why it is called the CM1500HPS. The shredders do exactly that! They condition the loose fill material through a series of rotating cutters before it gets to the airlock. These shredders have been in use in the CM2400 and larger machines. Now, with the shredders in the CM1500, material can be refined to gain more coverage. That means you use less material and have a smoother finish when spraying.

Happy Home keeps this CM1500HPS in their truck. They just ordered another one for their trailer. We are glad that they are loving the new equipment!
