Jenna Pendley did not discover the insulation industry by chance — it has been part of her life from the very beginning.

She was just seven years old when she began helping in her grandfather’s insulation business, learning early what real insulation work looks like from the ground up. As Insulation Machines took shape, Jenna spent her teen years traveling with her father, Barry Pendley, to job sites and customer meetings, gaining firsthand exposure to both the field side and the business side of insulation equipment and installation.

After high school, Jenna pursued a career in real estate and quickly became a top-producing agent on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. While successful, she never lost her connection to the insulation industry. In 2023, she returned to her roots by starting her own insulation business, Extraction Pros.

Jenna Pendley Extraction ProsThrough Extraction Pros, Jenna specializes in insulation removal and also installs blown-in fiberglass, cellulose, and fiberglass and mineral wool batts. In addition to insulation services, she helps homeowners address nuisance odors by extracting smells caused by pets, cigarette smoke, and other persistent household issues. Her hands-on experience gives her a deep, practical understanding of both installation and extraction work in real-world conditions.

Jenna uses Cool Machines insulation equipment in her own business, giving her firsthand, real-world experience with the equipment Insulation Machines sells. She trusts their durability and production rates because she relies on them daily in the field. She also uses the VacTrailer by Insulation Machines, understanding not only its efficiency, but how the machines housed inside it perform together as a complete, mobile insulation system.

Today, Jenna serves as Contractor Development Lead for Insulation Machines. In this role, she travels to work directly with customers, providing training on insulation machines as well as proper installation and extraction techniques. She also supports contractors beyond the equipment itself, offering guidance on marketing strategies, business growth, and how to start or scale an insulation company.

A significant part of Jenna’s role involves ongoing customer support. She spends countless hours on the phone helping contractors troubleshoot issues, think through jobsite challenges, and make informed decisions for their businesses. Her advice is rooted in real experience — not theory — and contractors value that perspective.

You can find Jenna on social media through Extraction Pros and across Insulation Machines’ platforms. She is also a regular presence on Insulation Machines Speedcast videos, where she and Barry discuss insulation equipment, field work, small business ownership, and marketing in a straightforward, practical way.

Jenna’s combination of lifelong industry exposure, hands-on contracting experience, and business insight makes her a valuable resource for insulation professionals — and an important part of the Insulation Machines team.
