Most contractors carry their materials with equipment inside trailers and trucks. We have a couple of articles identifying the tools you may need. A truck/trailer setup for blowing and dense pack will have different tools than a truck/trailer outfitted for wall spray. This blog post focuses on some ideas on making most of the space so you can be most efficient.

Safety Equipment: fire extinguisher, spare tire, Triangles or Cones

Arrange Your Priority / High Use Items: keepnthese quickly accessible. Too much time is wasted when having to walk up into a trailer to grab items you use frequently.

Develop a Charging Wall: organized to hold your batteries, rechargeable head lamps, batteries for remotes. The Milwaukee Packout system is a great tool.

Keep Your Hoses Accessible with a Hose Reel

Capitalize on the space afforded by a V-Nose trailer: V-nose trailers can make it difficult to stack lots of material. Good place for tools that are used to maintain or fix your equipment on site.

Passenger side door: easy access to the side of your trailer.

Ladders: Ladder racks save time and space. They dont need to be installed inside the trailer. If you store inside, then use the space behind your insulation machine. Or, store ladders above.
